Xbox Unveils 2025’s Big Hitters: Fable, Forza, and a Canine-Centric RPG

Microsoft’s January Developer Direct isn’t just a tech reveal—it’s a high-stakes game of anticipation, with Fable’s long-awaited return and Forza’s neon-lit Japan poised to either thrill or underwhelm.

The January 22nd Xbox Developer Direct will showcase three major titles: Forza Horizon 6 (set in Japan), Fable (delayed to 2026 but on-track for 2025), and Game Freak’s Beast of Reincarnation.

Beast of Reincarnation will launch in 2026 on Xbox Series S/X, PS5, and PC, featuring protagonist Emma and a canine companion. Fable’s 2025 release aligns with the 25th anniversary of Xbox.
