Modders just resurrected 1,000 lines of Baldur’s Gate 3 dialogue from the ethereal plane—because fans couldn’t let go of their saucy Astarion moments.

The 'Early Access Scenes Restored' mod by HyperspaceTowel revives over 100 conversations and 1,000 lines of voiced dialogue cut from the game’s final release.

Restored content includes companion reactivity for Astarion, Shadowheart, Gale, and Lae’zel, along with scenes like mind-controlled anglers near the game’s start.

The mod requires installation before new playthroughs and compatibility with "Gale's beard fix" to avoid visual glitches. HyperspaceTowel plans to add more restored scenes, including the tutorial’s brainwashed thralls on the nautiloid. The mod description states:

This mod brings over 100 conversations and more than 1000 lines of voiced dialogue back from the dead.
