Modder Smashes Minecraft & Hytale Together—And It Works Somehow
A modder has defied game physics by merging Minecraft and Hytale into a single crossplay prototype. Sadat Sahib’s work enables Bedrock, Java, and Hytale clients to interact in real time, with synchronized block placement and movement.
The prototype uses Hytale as the host server, limiting Minecraft clients to loaded surroundings. Sahib confirmed: “currently many things are Broken,” but the proof of concept demonstrates potential for shared world generation, combat sync, and cross-game chat.
Platforms supported include Minecraft (Bedrock/Java) and Hytale, though the project remains a work-in-progress.
