Life is Strange's Reunion: A Fresh Start or a Last Gamble?
The Life is Strange team will reveal its next game, Reunion, via YouTube livestream on 20th January at 6pm UK time.
The game features returning characters Chloe Price and Max Caulfield, with a PEGI listing describing Chloe returning to Caledon University, haunted by 'nightmares and impossible memories,' while Max confronts a campus-burning crisis.
Deck Nine CEO Mark Lyons addressed layoffs at the studio, stating: 'This was an extremely difficult decision and reflects the challenging times our industry is currently facing.'

The announcement comes after Double Exposure (2024) faced major fan backlash and reportedly caused financial losses for Square Enix and developer layoffs.
