Lego’s Pokémon Sets Are a $650 Fantasy for True Collectors—and a Budget Nightmare for the Rest of Us
For $650, you can now build your own Pokémon League finals—but be prepared to trade your retirement fund for a few Lego bricks.
Lego’s first three Pokémon sets launch February 27, 2026, with prices ranging from $59.99 for a 587-piece Eevee to $649.99 for a 6,838-piece Charizard/Blastoise/Venusaur diorama.
The $649.99 diorama includes articulated Pokémon in final evolution forms and biomes (beach, jungle, volcano) matching their types.
The Pikachu set (2,050 pieces, $199.99) features a display stand with lightning effects and a hidden Easter Egg (studs forming its Pokédex number, 25).
Two promotional sets are limited to free gifts with purchase (Kanto Region Badge Collection) or Lego Insiders rewards (Mini Pokémon Center). Shipping begins February 27, 2026, for all sets.
