God of War TV Series Adds Teresa Palmer as Sif, Greenlights Season 2 Without a Premiere Date
Amazon’s God of War TV series has cast Teresa Palmer as Sif/Phoebe, marking a major step forward for the adaptation. Ryan Hurst will reprise his role as Kratos from God of War Ragnarök, while Frederick E.O. Toye (Fallout) will direct the first two episodes.
Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica) is set to join as showrunner in 2024, and the second season has already been greenlit before a release date is announced.
Sif first appeared in God of War Ragnarök, voiced by Emily Rose. The series’ logline follows Kratos and Atreus on a journey to spread Faye’s ashes.
With key roles now cast and production milestones achieved, the project moves closer to its debut.
